Minutes from the June 6, 1999 meeting were read by Mike Green/Secretary and approved.

NEW BUSINESS:
August Ordeal/Brotherhood Weekend
The ceremony teams will be made up of most of the same people as the May Ordeal/Brotherhood Ceremony Teams. All team members are asked to be at the next Executive Board Meeting. (CLOSED)
Phil Rogers, Phylis Clingman, and John Burke will be in charge of preparing the menu and obtaining the food for the Weekend. (CLOSED)
New Trading Items
The new lodge trading patch was revealed and will be sold for $4.00. Profits from the patch will help off-set the cost of travel to NOAC 2000. (CLOSED)
A Lodge pin was also revealed and will be sold for $3.50. The pin will be available online once shipping costs are determined. (OPEN)
Approximately 100 of the 1992 Replica patch were found and will be sold for $10.00. Profits from this patch will help maintain the OA Cabin at Medicine Mountain. (CLOSED)
NOAC 2000
Will be held the first week of August 2000, at the University of Tennessee, in Knoxville. (CLOSED)
The Lodge will be flying from Rapid City. Ed Laursen will be in charge of obtaining round-trip airfare prices. (OPEN)
45th Lodge Anniversary patch
Will be a three section patch with one part being earned through service hours. (CLOSED)
Price and design will be developed. (OPEN)
Display at Crazy Horse Monument
It was recommended that the Lodge create a new display to add to the current OA display at Crazy Horse Monument. More discussion will be held at the next Executive Board Meeting (OPEN)
Section W5C Conclave - 2000
Will be held in Cody Wyoming. (CLOSED)
