The OA Executive Board meeting was called to order at 3:21pm by Lodge Chief Seth Scott. Norm Bunch led the group with the reciting of Philmont Grace.
Afterward everyone dined on the Pot Luck meal that was served. After the meal the following business was conducted:

The Lodge is still looking for volunteers for the Pre-Ordel, Ordeal, and Brotherhood Ceremony teams. (OPEN)
Lodge Spring Conclave:
The Lodge Spring Conclave is tentatively scheduled for the weekend of May 14-16; however, the Lodge is still trying to change the date to the 1st weekend of June. (OPEN)
Election Teams:
Information about the upcoming elections is to be mailed out this week to the Scoutmasters. (CLOSED)
Section Conclave:
Registration is still being accepted for the Section Conclave in Gillette, WY April 23-25. (OPEN)
Dustin Kindred has been named as the youth chair for the Lodge Publications and Web Site Development training courses. (CLOSED)
New Business:
Section Conclave:

Youth and Adult members attending the Conclave are requested to select which training sessions they want to assist with. (OPEN)
The Section Conclave in the year 2000 will be held in Cody, Wyoming hosted by Tatakainyanka Lodge. (CLOSED)
NOAC 2000:
Will be held in Knoxville, TN (CLOSED)
Discussed the need for fundraisers to send Lodge personnel to NOAC 2000. (ie: Selling Lodge T-shirts, Hats, or Patches) (OPEN)
45th year Lodge Anniversary Patch:
A design for the patch is currently being designed. (OPEN)
Proceeds from the patch will be used to pay for the C.O.P.E (Challenging
Outdoor Personal Experience) Course at Medicine Mountain Scout Ranch. (CLOSED)
Adopt a Trail Program:
Steve Denison discussed the adoption of a trail from Medicine Mountain Scout Ranch to Bear Mountain. (OPEN)
Service to America Project:
Information was given to the District Executives for presentation at the District's Roundtables. (CLOSED)
