The OA Executive Board meeting was opened at 3:10pm by Lodge Vice-Chief A.J. Brechtel with the reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance and the Obligation.

Ceremony Teams
The Lodge is currently looking for volunteers for the Pre-Ordeal, Ordeal, and Brotherhood ceremony teams. Ed Laursen is the Adult Adviser for ceremony team training. (Open)
Lodge Spring Conclave
The Lodge is trying to have the Spring Conclave on the weekend of May 14-16 or July 9-11. Sharon Bunch will coordinate with the Council Office to see which of these dates are available. (Open)
Election Teams
Election teams will be made up of 2 - 4 youth (Closed)
Information about the upcoming elections will be mailed out to all Scoutmasters so election dates can be scheduled. Additionally if a response is not received from the Scoutmaster about what date they would like to have elections on, information will be mailed to the Senior Patrol Leader to coordinate troop elections. Section Conclave
Registration is currently being accepted for the Section Conclave, to be held the weekend of April 23-25 in Gillette, Wyoming. The Lodge has paid the pre-registration fee for 15 people to attend. (Open)
The Lodge will be conducting training in OA History in Jeopardy format and in Lodge Publications/Website Development. (Closed)
Norm Bunch and A.J. Brechtel will be in charge of the OA History training. (Closed)
Ed Laursen will be in charge of the Lodge Publications/Website Development. We are still in need of a youth to lead the Publications/Website Development training. (Open)

A flyer will be mailed out to all registered members reminding them of the deadline date for registration being March 15. Total cost will be $40.00. (Closed)
Meeting Reminders
In an effort to get more people involved in Lodge activities various communication methods were discussed to remind members of upcoming events, including mailings, phone calls, newsletters, and e-mails. It was decided to mail a quarterly postcard this quarter to all members and starting in April, a newsletter would be published quarterly. (Closed)
February General Membership Meeting
The annual winter general membership meeting will be held February 7, 1999 at the Scout Office at 3:00pm. It was decided to have a pot luck dinner with the meat being purchased by the Lodge. (Closed)

Mike Green was appointed as the new Lodge Secretary. (Closed)
