All members of the Crazy Horse Lodge #171 are requested to fill out a Member's Information Sheet. This form can either be printed out and mailed to the Council Office or submitted via e-mail.
If you want to print out the information sheet and mail it to the Scout Office (Black Hills Area Council, Order of the Arrow, 144 North Street, PO Box 2931, Rapid City, SD 57709) click here and print the form. Fill in the information and mail it to the Council Office, you can even include a check or money order, payable to the Order of the Arrow, for $5.00 to pay for next year's dues.
If you want to submit the information via e-mail, click here, fill in the information, and submit the form. You will still be required to pay next year's dues ($5.00) by December 1, 1998.
Dues can be paid at any OA Event or at the Council Office. Remember if you mail your dues to the Council Office, do NOT send cash.
