2003 Crazy Horse Lodge dues are due into the Council Office by December 1, 2002.
The price is $7.00 for those members who registered in 2002. If you did not pay
dues in 2002, then the cost is $14.00 to pay for 2002 and 2003 dues.
Just print this form and bring it to any OA function or drop it off at or mail it to the Black Hills Area Council PO Box 2931 144 North Street Rapid City, SD 57709.
Include a check or money order made payable to the Order of the Arrow. Please do NOT send cash through the mail.
